Account confusion.

    I have been notified that I will have two credit card charges on Sept. 20. Why? And, I need to change the credit card being charged.
    Confused over my account. I have 3 notification points but only one account is active. Yes. I am confused. I need help and I’d prefer to talk with someone. [redacted by staff]
