Account Connection Problems

I can’t seem to see any page beyond the wp-admin landing page when I log into my account. Clicking on literally anything leaves me with a white page and the error of “Check Primary Site’s Jetpack connection” which is connected. The website seems to be loading properly and is still live and visitable.
I also cannot access any settings or account information as I get the same effect. This means I can’t access WordPress support at all and has been incredibly frustrating! If anyone has answers or a way to actually email someone at WordPress I would be super appreciative.

Ah I’m sorry to hear it! Your site’s primary Jetpack connection looks fine actually, so I’m not sure why it’s reporting that. We had a similar case recently where the person was using Chrome on Windows. Logging out of WordPress.com, clearing your browser cache, and logging back in should fix it. Please let us know.
