Account Cross Over
-
Hi – My website appears to be crossing with another account. It is causing an alert in the console panel in the developer section. Has anyone had this problem before?
-
Hi @arlenefoy, could you tell us what error you’re getting? Also, could you send a link to the web page you’re having trouble with? I don’t see any sites associated with this account.
Just to clarify too, if you’re managing your own copy of WordPress with a different host, you’ll want to use the correct forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/Or you’d be welcome to move your site to our services so we can take care of hosting, security, and support for you:

My own website that is associated with my account is arlenfoy.com but the console error I am receiving is as follows
Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://arlenefoy.com/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure XMLHttpRequest endpoint ‘http://emperifolla.com/rest/v1.1/me?http_envelope=1&fields=ID%2Cusername’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
This website address http://emperifolla.com – does not belong to me but it is crossing over when something is being requested from my website.
From what I can see http://emperifolla.com is a WordPress built website.

Thanks for the additional info!
The site arlenefoy.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Siteground.com, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.
To clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only the ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
You can find support for your self-hosted WordPress site here: http://wordpress.org/support/
You may also wish to contact your host’s support team for more assistance.
Hope that points you in the right direction!
