Account Currency

    Hi,

    I’ve tried going through the chat function and help documentation with no luck. I need the currency on my account changed from MX to USD.

    Why is this not an option on the user side? Or why is there not a simpler route to get this updated?

    Hi there! To help clarify, your account’s default payment currency will be based on your location when you sign up for an account, but our support team can help you change this currency upon request.

    I have just updated your account’s currency to USD. You’ll be able to see the changes in your pricing after you refresh your browser, and I hope this solution will help!

    I’ll also leave this guide section for anyone else who may want to make a similar request. To help avoid notifications for the original user, please feel free to start a new Forum thread; or contact support through the Help Center if you need your currency updated to our available options.
