account data and domain migration

    Hi
    I have different email addresses (email visible only to moderators and staff), (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    I don’t know what happened. I own the website rebeccwalshvoiceover.com and I have the domain and hosting with Gandi.net

    When I set up hosting with Gandi a few days ago they had a function for wordpress and i set up on wordpress.org.

    I set up a new page today with wordpress.com by mistake and need help to mitigate the website page i created and my domain to this original .org account. Can you please advise?

    Hi there!

    It looks like you have also created various WordPress.com account because the domain rebeccawalshvoiceover.com has been mapped to a different account than the one you’re writing us from.

    You’ll want to log into the correct account and either remove the domain mapping from there or reply here (from the correct account) and we’ll help you out.

    Once all the subscriptions have been removed, you’ll be able to close the account.

    Also note that, even though the domain is mapped to a WordPress.com site, it is still pointing to the site you’re hosting on Gandi.net.
