Account De-Activated

    I need help with our site. It was de-activated because I did not respond to an email within 10 days. I never received it. I spoken with the support desk twice and they resent the email. I did not receive it – I searched on the sender name and checked my spam folder. I even changed my email address and that did not work.

    Does someone have a suggestion?

  • Hi there,

    Do you have access to the email address shown here? If not you can update your domain contact settings to an address you do control, and then re-send yourself an email to verify the domain.

    Once the domain ownership is verified (an ICANN requirement we are required to enforce) then your domain will start working again as expected.
