  Hi.!
  Please tell me that i am able to deactivate or compeletly delete my account
  not this account I have another account which is not in use
  best regsrds

  You can’t delete your account itself as it was mentioned by one of the staffs here: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/deletion-of-account-13?replies=2.

  However, there are many things you can do for removing your personal information from your account. Please refer to the link above and perform it.
