Account Deactivation

  I was recently charged the renewal fee for my site and since I have not used it since the month I activated it, I would like to deactivate my account. How do I stop getting charged in the future?

  Hi there,

  I’ve gone ahead and disabled auto-renewal for your domain, but if you could let me know the domain name in question (for verification purposes), I might be able to delete it and get a refund issued to you.

  If you could get it over to me as quickly as possible, I’d appreciate it! :)

  OK, you’re all sorted! The domain has been cancelled and a refund for all $26 has been issued back to your bank. Depending on your bank it will take between a couple of days and a couple of weeks before it appears in your account.
