Hi,

I have a serious problem and was not able to get any help from previous posts.

The blog I need help with is http://www.cameratamedica.com, and I had a special email connected with it. I tried to set up another webpage, did (obviusly) something wrong with the usernames and passwords and now there is no way, I could access the webpage as an admin.

Last week I have already filled-in two “lost account” forms, supplied the additional information (PayPal ID), but nobody has contacted me yet.

I would really appreciate any help on this subject to get back as an admin of this site.

Account recovery support requests are addressed in the order that they are received. The team may get a bit swamped from time to time, but they do reply.

Due to the private nature of information required for account recovery and the public nature of these forums, we cannot help with account recovery here.

It’s going to be a glorious 14 C here today. Not that I’m gloating or anything but I will be on the cliffs in the sun this afternoon. :)
