  Hello,

  I have just had to create this account to gain access. A previous account with violamcardle.com assigned has been closed down without my knowledge. I can’t use your website to access as the receipts i have are not recognised and neither is the activation code. I need to gain access as this is my business and I spent a lot of money on it.

  Please help.

  The account that owns the domain, violamcardle.com, still exists. It has not been closed, nor has there been any recent changes to the login details for that site that would indicate it has been hacked or otherwise accessed by someone not authorised to do so.

  If you cannot remember the login details for that account, please follow our account recovery process at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

  If you no longer have copies of the receipts we emailed to you, you can also retrieve transaction IDs for past payments on that account directly from your credit card statements or PayPal account statement.
