Account deleted

    I’d like to update my website, simonthecourier.wordpress.com
    When I try to log in, I’m told the account has been deleted. In addition, I have lost my password. How come the site is still there if my account has been deleted?

    Hey there. Do you have multiple accounts? Is the one you’re posting from now the same one connected to the website you need help with? Accounts on WordPress cannot be “deleted” per se. The only closest thing to account deletion is when a user deletes his personal info, and changes the login details to lock himself out and render the account inaccessible (more info on that here).

    If you’re struggling to access your account, you can fix that issue. You can fill out the Account Recovery form, which requires proof of ownership, as an option for regaining access to your account.
