Account deleted and cannot recover

I have been posting on my team’s blog at https://cecauoft.wordpress.com/ for the past couple of years and it hasn’t been giving me any trouble.
Last month, it wouldn’t let me login using the username/password that usually works. Instead, it said that my account was deleted, even though I didn’t delete it. I tried to fill out the recovery form but I cannot find a proof of ownership in the gmail that the account was attached to.
However, when I login through this gmail, it does take me to a different wordpress account with nothing in “My Sites”. This is strange because this gmail was only attached to the first wordpress account (which has now been “deleted” out of the blue).
However, our blog website still shows up if you search it on Google.
I would really love to continue posting on this blog, but I have no idea how to access it. Please help!

That blog is still up and this also means that the account associated with it has not been deleted.
In the password reset form (https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword), try different email addresses you still have access to in case you have created that account with a different email.
