  please advise on how to completely delete my account and web address

  Hi there,

  You can delete your site by going to My Sites ->Settings. The Delete Site option is at the bottom of that page.

  It’s not possible to completely delete a WordPress.com account, but you can follow the instructions on this page to deactivate your account:
