account deletion

  hey there! I am attempting to delete this wordpress account so I can free up my email address and what not to start a new one. I jumped the gun with my domain name, and I actually have a partner who wants to team up and make a custom blog site. I also may be utilizing blue host to expedite the process. Can you help me out?

  I am attempting to delete this wordpress account

  Account names are never ‘deleted’, as that way no one else may use your account name down the road. However, you may remove all of your details from the account which will act as a deactivation.

  Follow @timethief’s instructions and your email will be available for the new account. :)

  Sounds like you’ll be doing a WordPress.org install then? This page describes the differences, just as a heads-up on that. :)
