  Hey, I’d like to close an account permanently. When trying do do so I get a notice that I have to cancel my active purchases first. However, this is not possible since it’s a premium theme that never expires.

  Does anyone know how to proceed in this case. Thanks

  You own premium themes that you purchased indefinitely.

  You have three options:
  1. Make the site private so you can use the premium theme if you change your mind in the future. https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  2. Have Staff transfer the premium theme to another site of yours registered under the same username account.

  3. Have Staff remove the theme knowing you will not be able to use it in the future.

  Please tell us which option is your preference.

  I have removed the premium theme from your account and you can now go ahead and delete your site by following these instructions:
