  Hi,

  This is a general guide here helping you delete site/empty site / make it inactive, (the username cannot be deleted though):

  Note however that your current url cannot be re-used as it states here:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  Other info that could be useful to you is to remove all of your profile information in your Gravatar, by going here:
