  Maybe, I’m overlooking it, but, I can’t find where I can delete my account. Where is it? Because, I think, it’s time I delete my account. I never use it. Thank you.

  You’re not overlooking it… WordPress.com doesn’t have the option to delete an account, but you can cancel email notifications and remove your personal information: https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/

  Thank you for the clarification.

  I’d like to be able to delete my account completely rather than leave it inactive.

  So, WordPress.com doesn’t give users this option. But, WordPress.com must be capable of deleting an account for its users, right?

  According to staff in this recent post, they do not delete accounts (usernames): https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/cancel-all-my-purchase-and-close-my-account?replies=2
