Account Deletion Question

  I have 3 active websites with wordpress and would like to delete all other websites apart from the existing 3. The existing ones are http://www.RA1SE.com, http://www.inter-homes.com, and http://www.tinyhouseindex.com. Can you delete all other websites which are not one of the three? Also I am confused with my wordpress accounts as I log in with different email addresses. I try to sort out how to organize that each website has a separate email and separate wordpress account. If I delete one wordpress account with the email (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff) which are both my email addresses, can I still access my three websites? I usually do not log in with my emails and have no idea which email is linked to which website. Sorry for the confusion but I am afraid to delete a wordpress account as I have put a lot of effort into the three above mentioned websites and it would be a disaster if they get deleted by accident.
