  I cannot make heads or tails of your help section in regards to manually deleting the account associated with my email address. Could you please delete it from your end?

  Usernames can’t be deleted, but you can remove yourself from the account. After removing your site, gravatar, and any other details at https://wordpress.com/me/account , change your address to a throwaway email, then change your password to lock yourself out. Let us know if you need help with that.
