    My old log in wont work and I cannot access the admin settings of ouur website.

    Looking at your site’s login page, it looks like someone disabled that. Did you have a developer set up your site for you? If so, you should reach out to them for help in fixing your login access.

    If you did not have someone else set this up for you, you should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you regain access to your site. If you’re not sure who is hosting your site, you can use a website like Hosting Checker to look that up.
