Account disabled

It seems my WordPress account has been disabled while trying to take down my site, and the site is still live somehow. I cannot get back into the account to try and take down the site though. Any ideas?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
Just so we’re on the same page, can you let me know what you were trying to do with your site? Are you trying to delete it completely? Or are you trying to make it private while you make changes?
The main issue I see is that I’m not seeing that the account you are posting from is the owner of clintonartscouncilct.org or the associated upgrades. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes, including site deletion.
If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
Account recovery overview – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
Lost password tool – https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
Account recovery form – https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recoveryFinally, even if you do not have access to the correct account, if you have your payment information you can use our “Why was I charged?” tool. It was built for situations such as this:
Why was I charged?
Let us know what you are looking to do and we can help point you in the right direction.

Hi- I’m looking to delete the site completely and permanently. I cannot get into the original account under which the site was created and is owned by. I cannot recover the account because I don’t have proof of ownership.

Ok, just to check – is this a site that you’ve been maintaining and paying for things like the domain registration? Typically if you’ve been purchasing upgrades such as a plan and a domain for it, then you’d receive emailed receipts from us for those purchases. The site would be associated with the email address to which those receipts were sent.
Do you have any such receipts you’d be able to use with the Account Recovery form? If not then we are fairly limited in what we can do unfortunately.
