Account Disabled – I need it back!

  Hi!
  I logged into my WordPress account for alexa-sinatore.com/blog and it says that my account has been disabled. I was using it earlier today but I don’t have access it anything right now and I need it back asap!! Can you please assist me on how to fix this issue.
