Account disabled while trying to purchase a plan

    I tried to make a purchase and I get an error message as ‘The transaction was declined. Please contact support quoting error AXLZNE’ and ‘ Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.’ Please I need help 🙏🙏
