Account Disappearance

  I have been using a WordPress account since 2012. It has now suddenly ‘disappeared’. When attempting to load my blogs I get ‘There has been a critical error on this website.’. If I try to login to WordPress to change passwords etc. I am told there is no account associated with my email address. (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  I have tried the help files to recover my account without success

  Hi there!

  I’m able to access your public site at http://www.mccorry.org/ however it doesn’t seem to be created as a WordPress page.

  In the other end, the ianmccorry account where you contact us from only has an empty site created 6 days ago, so I’m led to believe you might have another account (either with us or with another host) with your WordPress site.

  If you have any further information that could help us to locate it (for example a transaction ID from a previous purchase) don’t hesitate to send us a message to help@wordpress.com (don’t publish it here publicly please) so we can help you locate it.
