account disappeared

    Hello,
    I haven’t been able to log in to my wordpress account for about 6 days. And therefore can no longer access my website for the modifier.
    Indeed, when I want to connect with my email address, this message is displayed: Unknown email address. Check again or try your username.
    I then try to log in with my username, but this message appears: Error: Username victorapollin is not registered with WordPress.org. If you are unsure of your username, you can try logging in using your email address instead.
    I then try to login with admin, but this message appears: Are you in the right place? This login form is for the WordPress.org website, rather than your personal WordPress site.

    Therefore I tried to modify my password with my email address or my identifier, but the message again: Error: There is no account with this username or this email address.

    I don’t understand because all of them are working perfectly some time ago. And this is very frustrating because my site is coming to an end.
    I hope you can help me.

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    So, you’ll log in to it through https://victorapollin.000webhostapp.com/wp-login.php and not through us, and not through WordPress.org either.

    To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

    WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    With that said, if you’d like to manage your WordPress.org site through WordPress.com, that is one of the features of the Jetpack plugin: https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/
