account disappeared and so has website

  i am the admin for oxsummerschools.com and oxsummerschools.co.uk and have been using a wordpress plugin for 3 years now, i’ve been told my websites have disappeared and when i’ve tried to login to wordpress my saved username and password doesn’t work and i’m told my email address has no account linked to it. My domain one.com says there is a problem with my wordpress plugin but i can’t access it to check or amend?
  Help!
