  I am send this on behalf of my mother who is the creator of this site. She is trying to log in but it says her account does not exist and there is no way to contact support since the account doesn’t exist. Even though the account does not exist, she kept getting charged for the power ups on the website she is trying to get a for those purchases because she is unable to access her account or the website at all. Please help us with the refunds. I can provide screenshots of the transactions that include all the details and please reply to this email for further contact.
