Account Doesn’t Include my Website

  • Unknown's avatar

My wordpress.com website http://www.daymadefresh.com is not connected to my WordPress account. Is there a way to fix this?

I am trying to get my gravatar image to show up on my website and it is not currently showing up.

    Thanks,
    Katie Jones

  • Hi Katie,

http://www.daymadefresh.com/ isn’t a WordPress.com website, but was built using the open source WordPress software, and it’s hosted by Bluehost.com. Support for your version of WordPress is provided by the WordPress.org community, who makes that software, in their forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

That said, your Gravatar isn’t appearing because you don’t have a Gravatar – it appears your Gravatar profile has been disabled over on Gravatar.com, so your email address isn’t associated with any profile images on that service. You should be able to re-enable your Gravatar profile here:

    https://en.gravatar.com/accounts/disabled

If you want to link that site to your WordPress.com account, you can do that by installing and activating the Jetpack plugin. That will allow you to manage certain aspects of your site using our tools, but it doesn’t have anything to do with your Gravatar profile or whether or not your gravatar image displays on your site.
