Account email

I can’t update my account email. I keep getting an error that the email is already being used. I own the email address. I’d like to go premium however if there is no support I best take my dollars elsewhere. Great – ask the community and not site support – that doesn’t bode well.

That error indicates that the e-mail address you’re attempting to change to is already associated with a different WordPress.com account.
My suggestion is to login using the e-mail address you’ll like to use, change it to something else, then go back to this original account and attempt to change the e-mail address again.
