Account Errors

I’m having two problems with my account.
I first noticed I can’t switch themes. Every time I try I get an error message that says “Unable to activate theme. Contact support.”
I figured I might be able to solve that by upgrading my account. I went to try, and all but the most expensive business options are selectable.
I used to have a business plan, but that plan was more than what I needed so I let it lapse; is that the problem?

Hi there,
That may be the problem – Now that you no longer have the Business Plan, you may want to revert your site back to a simple site so that you can activate those particular themes again. This however will remove content features associated with the Business Plan from the site. Please confirm that you are okay to revert the site and I will take care of this for you.

This is what happens when we downgrade a site from the Business plan. All the contents are deleted.

I have an update!
I was able to temporarily restore your site (before the downgrade) and I exported its contents. Let me know if you want me to import them to your current site.
