Account errors – wp not responding to my pleas for help

    I am a paying customer. Something is wrong with account, and nobody is answering my requests for help, even though I see a message that ‘a happiness engineer’ will get back to me shortly.

    When I upload files to my media library, the URLs for the media files associated with a completely different domain instead of my own! The media files are not being associated with my own domain.

    I need help please!
