Account expired

  My site has expired but there is no bill to be paid. The previous card did not expire, but I changed it out with a new one. There is no bill that I can find anywhere in my account. How do I get help for this?

  The previous upgrade on your site expired on 12 November, and was completely removed from your account on 20 November. That’s why you didn’t see any existing upgrade to renew.
