  Hello WordPress.com Support,

  I’m writing because my account appears to be flagged in a way that prevents me from renewing my Business plan. The site is still running with Business‑level functionality (plugins like Elementor and Formidable Forms are active), but when I attempt to renew, the system blocks me and I cannot proceed.

  This situation is extremely concerning because we operate as a nonprofit organization, and our website is an extremely critical part of how we connect with our community and supporters. Losing access to our Business plan — and therefore plugins and functionality — would severely impact our ability to continue our mission.

  I need a human review of this account issue. Please help me understand why renewal is blocked and how we can resolve it so our nonprofit can continue operating without disruption.
