    Hi, I am a little bit confused. My administrative assistant manages my website and she noticed that my domain name was no longer active with the .com. It also showed that I owed a balance and I am not sure why. I believe that the bank thought that there was an authorized charge and declined the payment. We also received something in the mail and notes on Google said that the notice was a scam. There are a couple of things I need to know. What do we need to do, if possible, I to get my Website back to NKonelimo.com nothing else not NKonel.limo.wordpress–not of that. If that is possible. Also, how do we rectify the problems with the account? Even with a new card number, the transaction for $119.00 was declined. I am not satisfied with the fact that I can’t speak to someone directly and that is problematic. Please get back with me within 24 hours. Thank you.
