  i’m having promblems with login and access with my account its https;/ivmysticmetaphysics,com/wp-admin , i’m trying to install plugins and other things on the site . have diffcult time

  I’m sorry to tell you that your site is not hosted on WordPress.com but at another host and it is part of WordPress.org, you can get help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
  The other way you can get help is at your hosting provider.
