Hi there, we have no record of that domain ever being registered or hosted here, but we do have https://nu10ie.wordpress.com/ under your account here.
That site used to have a Business Plan, but the plan expired when it wasn’t renewed by March 28.

ok i have this account i have my website setup but it says setup update needs to be updated.
when i click go the page loads then becomes blank.

But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.It looks like both your domain and your website hosting is with Register 365 – you would need to contact them for help getting your domain and site set up properly.
I will note that your site is trying to load under HTTPS without a valid SSL certificate installed – this will give your visitors warnings about their connection to your site is not private. Register 365 should also be able to help you fix this as well.

no no you got me wrong.
my account exists it was a mistake.
i logged into my account when i try to change hosting setting the page goes blank.
i have the host settings and dns .
the issue i can not edit that from wordpress panel that page is blank.
i need you to reset those settings from your side.
reason is we have transferred the domain from one account to another -

please read through this to understand my isse
i am able to log in and edit the website.
the problem is when i go to settings >domains i see my domain with the following message underneath:
We noticed that something wasn’t updated correctly. Please try this setup again.
when i click this setup it supposed to take me to the page where i can edit the setings which i get from my host(register365)
this page that allows me to edit those values is not working it just loads to a blank page.

OK. If you are trying to add that domain to http://nu10ie.wordpress.com, you would need a plan.
You used to have a Business Plan, which would allow you to change your hosting configuration in addition to adding a custom domain. That expired in late march, though, or early April.
You can add it again here:
https://wordpress.com/plansOnce you have that we can sort out the domain and hosting configuration issue. Or, if you don’t need a custom hosting configuration or outside code, you can choose the Personal or Premium plan. Let us know what you have in mind and we’ll point you in the right direction.

why you guys are going in circles ?!
every body is walking me through the options but no body actually understand the issue.
if you can elevate this problem so i can speak to someone it would be great.
i cant use live support anymore or email support.
………i went to upgrade>plans.
all upgrade options are at 0 american dollars and there is no means to upgrade.
guys there is an issue from your side …fix it .
iv been trying to explain to you the issue and you guys are circling around ABC of how to use wordpress.
the issue is that you server is not loading my account correctly and my account permissions and settings are not correct.
will somebody please go on and check my account so i can edit my domains/plans or what ever i want to edit and fix -

I’ve read through the entire thread here, and I think the confusion may be due to the fact that won our end we see you have a very similarly-named site (nu10ie.wordpress.com) that you deleted a few weeks ago.
However, to confirm what others have said here, we can’t help directly with nu10repair.ie because we don’t host your site on our WordPress.com managed hosting.
Instead your host (reg365.net) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (sometimes called “WordPress.org”) which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com.
The good news is that help is available with reg365.net so please contact their support department and let them know there are issues with being able to visit your site at nu10repair.ie and they will be able to take a closer look.

the issue is from your side .
i contacted them i was given the hosting details that i need to add to the settings on wordpress but i cant edit those settings because every time i try the page loads then goes blank.
am not able to access those setting .

– Do you want us to restore nu10ie.wordpress.com so you can use a custom domain with it? We have 30 days post-deletion to do this, so please confirm right away. We’ll want to hurry.

okay this is useless believe me .
i keep trying to explain to you that you guys have an issue in your system .
i cant use the settings page on my wordpress to edit the settings of domains and servers.
the page loads and goes blank .
i also unable to use the plans to upgrade my account they are all at zero USD.
i have a website setup and ready and i want to use it and link it to domain host register 365 am not able to do that because wordpress settings page is not working
