Account got deleted on accident

  I think our site got deleted on accident. Is there a way to get it back?

  Hi kailanisurfboards, I am presuming the affected URL is: kailanisurfboards.wordpress.com?

  I can see that the site says the following:

  kailanisurfboards.wordpress.com is no longer available.

  The authors have deleted this site.

  The process of deleting a site requires multiple steps, and has frequent warnings throughout the process.
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  Once a site is deleted, the URL cannot be registered again by you or anyone else. Sadly, there are no exceptions to this policy.
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  There is likely no option available to recover this site, but I have flagged this thread for Staff to confirm.

  Hi kailanisurfboards,

  Deleting a site is permanent and cannot be reversed, which is why we display warnings during the process. It won’t be possible to create another site using the same address but you can create a new site with a similar name here:

  The problem is when 1 blog got deleted it also deleted our website, which shouldnt have been connected and we need to recover that content. Not necessary to have the same site name.

  Never mind. Customer service was able to unlink the 2 accounts and save my website. Thank you for your suggestions.
