Account Got Hacked

  Hello, I am a web designer and my client and I believe that my client’s account got hacked. I logged into their account with their username and password and the profile that comes up is not theirs- the username and profile picture have been changed, even though the email address and password are the same. Also, the website linked to the account is a blog and is different than my client’s website (adamssexcavating.com). Will you please help? Thank you!
