What is/was the URL of your deleted website? Mind these forums are only for websites on the wordpress.com platform. I also tagged this thread with modlook to get attention from staff. they have access to logfiles and can see what happened.

It is/was a wordpress website. All of my information is gone from my wordpress account, it doesn’t even have my name anymore. I’ve changed all of my passwords and setup a two-step verification.
How do I get my website back?

I have found out how this has happened. I recently added a GDPR plugin and the hacker was able to create an admin account to then go on and do the damage.
Im trying to get my website up and running again but there is no website in my wordpress account.
Is there an emergency wordpress customer service number I can call? I can’t see one anywhere

Hi there, not Staff, but it seems that HiveCityTerrain.co.uk is a site using the standalone WordPress software and is hosted with 1and1.co.uk and not here on WordPressdotcom
Have you tried contacting your web hosting provider for assistance? If they say this is a WordPress problem, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support where they likely have more experience with the type of issue you are having. If you have a paid backup service connected to your WordPress site, you’ll want to contact them as well.
