account has been removed but card is still charged

  How can i cancel my account within 30 days minus domain name fee? Purchases and history shows that nothing has ever been processed. the account i signed up with is no longer active and i didnt delete it. please advise on how to cancel and account that doesnt ‘exist’ and get a refund? thanks!
