Account has not worked for a year despite many attempts to give me access

Dear WordPress,
I will try to condense this email because if I were to detail how difficult WordPress is to use it would take an essay.
I manage the sales for ads on thelumberjack.org which is a website that is hosted by WordPress. I have been given ‘access’ to this site 10 times and each time it ends up just failing. Either the site is not linked to my account, or my account does not have permission or WordPress forgets that someone gave me access. It is a complete nightmare dealing with this system. I was told that WordPress customer service is superb so I thought I would give it a try.
I need access to thelumberjack.org
People have tried to give me access via two emails, don’t worry neither worked. No matter how many resets of my password nothing worked.
The rare times I can access my account and the even rarer instances of thelumberjack.org showing up on the managed sites is still pointless. I cannot even manage the advertisements by putting them up or taking them down. There is no widgets option which I can see on everyone else’s end when they use this service.
I just need access to the site and to the widgets section. That is it.
I just realized there is no option to even contact support, this is just to talk to the forums. These WordPress folks are genius, you cannot even complain to them about how my account has not worked for about 1 year because they just created a forum for us to complain while they go home with the money. Genius!!

This is happening because you’re added as a Subscriber to the site. To be able to have control over the site’s widgets you need to be added as an Administrator.
Please ask the site’s owner to change the role of your account from Subscriber to Administrator. Here are the instructions on how to do it:

The username of the account to be changed is lumberjackads2.
