    I asked you to close the account below right after I opened it because I didn’t need it. It has a key on it which I presumed meant it was closed. This is the account I was contacted on today. Please check to see that it was closed, and if not, I ask you to re-close the cancelled acct if you failed To do so. I should owe nothing.
    The account that should be cancelled is: radicalreliefdistributorsCBDcom.wordpress.com . I closed it because your tech misinformed me when he said that I didn’t have another account when I already had one but could not find it. I found it right after and closed the other (long named ) one above.! Please DO NOT close the other account.

    I’ll get things sorted out. No worries :) First, I want to understand which account needs to be closed. Are you able to sign in to that account?

    The site you’ve mentioned, radicalreliefdistributorsCBDcom.wordpress.com , does not exist. Is there a possible typo in that address?

    You are right, there is a typo! The account that has the lock on it is radicalreliefdistributorsCBDcom.Wp.com
    Sorry if I mistyped.

    The account I use Is RADReliefDistributors.wp.com

    I have sent a couple of other support Messages as I discovered them. Everyday something changes in my menus:! I
    1. I had 5 test menus last night and I woke up to 1 this morning. (With a lot missing)
    2. My cumulative posts (archive)should be grouped by a monthly list of items which could be viewed by a LIST of dates for each month and year . (It also disappeared. Although îI had ibuilt it again thru a widget and it worked great before. Now it doesn’t. ) This Search by month is labeled “archive” where all the dates I had listed, are now gone.
    3. My search button which I had on another page to pull by keyword or phrase in the blog also disappeared after I had recreated the widget again last night. E.g., cancer, anxiety, etc.)
    The and blog entries were captured from April 2019 back thru Oct 2017.
    4. The rolling blog which shows each post in the order of publishing (from April 2019 (current) back to 10/17) pulled from the blog but had only a few entries, not all. This search was on a separate page and searched the blog by category and posted. (it’s there, but there are only a few categories. It was built too)
    .All of them are not there anymore. I used to be able to pull out all categories from the blog and the system would group all the posts for each month for which they were written.
    I keep adding widgets and pages and posts that are ok at night and the next morning there are entries missing and most of my library posts (I had 550+ clinical studies that physicians refer to!) Now most are gone (That is not OK!))
    many of my categories were also missing.
    Please put them all back
    The terms page lost all of its text.
    The privacy page was not on the site. I added it back but it might be gone now.
