Account invoice just paid, but plan and domain seem to be missing in account

    Hello,

    A yesterday I was made aware that our ethnobotanygarden.com domain is unreachable. This is my client’s site, and they’d just paid the most recent Creator Plan invoice, which I believe includes the domain purchase for one year.

    I see that the website has been pushed to a staging environment, which is OK, but I’m not sure how to get the plan and domain back up without needing to pay the Creator Plan bill again.

    Can you please assist?

    The domain is actually registered with Squarespace and does not expire for some time: https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/ethnobotanygarden.com

    It appears the issue is related to the Creator plan subscription and domain mapping being removed. We’ll get these added back and follow-up with you via email.
