Account is gone?

Hi, I have spent the last 3 hours trying to log onto WordPress. My account seems to be gone. I have used wordpress to create a website for our family business. This is a nightmare. I haven’t signed on in awhile, and the last time I signed on I had a similar problem so I was careful to record the email I used, my username, and password. Last time, after 1/2 an hour, I was able to log on. This time even though I have cleaned cache, restarted the computer etc… I am not able to log on. The system does not recognize my username or email address to reset the password either. Has anyone else had this problem? What can I do? My user name should be hsmama11 I had to create a new account so I could log on to create this post. PLEASE HELP!!

What I need to determine is if the blog was physically hosted here at wordpress.com, or hosted on a third-party hosting service. Since it is hosted on a third-party hosting service, what you need to do is head over to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ as that is where self-hosted versions of wordpress are supported. The software here works differently and we simply don’t have any answers. The .ORG forums will be able to help though.
