hi I’m trying to reconnect jetpack on our self hosted site https://elevatormag.com I’m getting the error ‘Error Details: Unable to insert blog. Please try again or contact support.’ in our wordpress dashboard, however our site passed all the tests described here https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/#reinstalling-jetpack. https://www.elevatormag.com/wp/xmlrpc.php. I noticed in my WordPress IOS app my primary domain is set to dev.kithent.com/elevatormag which is our old server. However I don’t see anyway to change this as I am also unable to access site settings here because wordpress.com is trying to redirect me to the connection at dev.kithent.com/elevatormag any help?

Where exactly are you getting that error? I’m not aware of any place where you need to insert a blog in order to connect Jetpack.
Are you clicking on the Jetpack item in the WP-Admin dashboard for your site to connect, or are you using a different method?
