Account is locked and I want to upgrade

My account is linked to an email, which I just recovered today, from being locked. The email is the same email that I have used since using WordPress , 2018. I can not access my account to upgrade my plan from personal to business. I have tried to reset the password, but any notifications that WordPress is sending is not received at the email in the inbox, nor spam. I need to talk to someone to unlock my account, so I can use it.

My account was http://www.the-dirty-hoe.com which was 1st under Flymeawaycreations. The post above is written in a new account which I don’t need, I need my original WordPress account back to working
