Account is Screwed Up – Need to Transfer Domain Out

    I have a domain (goldenwindchime.com) hosted by you. I am unable to transfer the domain to GoDaddy because the settings are messed up and may be confused with another account I have: 8lambs.wordpress.com. Help!

    Correct account: Unknown

    goldenwindchime.com is registered with us, yes, but it’s registered under a different WordPress.com account than the cattuina account you used to post here.

    I see you already have a ticket open with our account recovery team, so please reply there with the details Khyati requested, and we can help you regain access to the correct account.
