This has gone from the sublime to the ridiculous and I am fast losing faith in what I previously thought a good platform. I am now informed my site is ‘taken’ and for some reason you state I owe ANOTHER $13. The $99 was paid, the ridiculous fine $20 was paid, how on Earth can you justify demanding more fees. Do you just make it up to see how much you can get? The other issue is that my sponsor suggests my site might be ‘taken’ due to his sponsorship payment coming from another IP or the payment method was made from a different post code. This is fast becoming farcical, I urge you to resolve this as a matter of urgency

I’m sorry to hear this, I’m pretty sure one of the Happiness Engineers will help you in this matter as soon as possible. Because your issue is billing related, it’s really difficult for me to give you any advice because I can’t check your account. I’m sure you’ll be assisted asap.
