Account issues
-
Too many years ago I made a blog, and was associated with my actualy mail, but few month ago when I logged and choose the login with Google I lost the control of the blog.
I don’t know how can I recover the site, because the system ask me for info that I haven’t.
Please help.
The site is ‘textosburdos.wordpress.com’

Hi,
If you don’t have the original email used to set up the account, you can use the following information to gain access:
– A transaction ID for any upgrades purchased for the account:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/transaction-id/
– The account activation link which we sent to your email when you first registered. You can use this information in the account recovery form:
If you aren’t able to provide the original email, transaction ID or account activation link, it isn’t possible to recover the account.
WordPress has strict policies to protect its users from third parties who might be trying to access users’ accounts.
All the best.

Hello there, in order to reclaim the blog, you need to have the access of the email address that is recorded in the account which owns textosburdos.wordpress.com.
Apart from logging in using the registered email address, you can try to use the username that is used to register the blog to login, provided you have the correct password.
In case you don’t remember the username, don’t have the password and don’t have access to the registered email address, you have to go through the account recovery process: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
If you don’t have the information requested to perform account recovery, I’m afraid no one could help you to reclaim the blog.
Anyway, I’m adding modlook tag for the Staff assistance to check on your account.

I guess that my problem is more easy to solve. One admin must send the recover mail of “textosburdos.wordpress.com”.

Hi there,
Have you tried using the password reset tool?
https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If you don’t remember the email address associated with the account, enter the account’s username (@diosnoexiste) and then look for the recovery email in every email address you have access to.
If this doesn’t work or you have more questions, just let me know and I’ll be happy to help!

That was very usefully. I did not remember the username but I did remembering the password. My problem was solved. Thanks you.
