I have paid for my site for a year and a tutorial session. Today when i tried to update my blog i am asked for more money, says my blog is not published, can’t update my material. What gives?

Could you reply to let us know the address of your website? By default, WordPress.com sites are set to Private. This might be the reason that you are seeing a message that your blog is not published.

For the other messaging that you are seeing, it would be helpful to know the exact wording of the messages, and what you were trying to do when the messages happened.
Also, if you are on a paid plan–and the wording of your question suggests that you are–you can also get help through support chat.
